Working closely with William Hill Consulting and Waimakariri District Council, an ongoing project is underway looking at options for re-developing an area of the red zone in Kaiapoi. A conceptual masterplan design is being developed to include markets, restaurants, bars, public open space and reconnecting the river with the township. The package DCM has prepared includes a series of plans and rendered illustrations showing the potential for the site.
