DCM completed a landscape and visual impact assessment and preparation of evidence for the Te Putahi, Ladies Mile Master Plan Variation. This package included an assessment of the ground levels within the lot sections of the development, as well as a series of rendered illustrations exploring mitigation planting for the site boundary. The aim being to soften the Frankton-Ladies Mile Highway from future dwellings on the Koko Ridge site.
