DCM prepared the landscape and urban design for a 58-unit residential development in Ōwairaka, Auckland.
Our work included the design development package, presentation to the Design Review Panel and preparation of documents for the Resource Consent application. DCM also prepared a visual package with detailed plans for the units across the site, along with concept plans and perspectives showing the landscape design.
The project brought the urban design, landscape and consenting work together into one clear package, helping communicate how the development would work across the site.
