Te Whata Tuatoru is a residential development on the former South Hornby School site in Christchurch, bringing new housing to an established part of the Hornby community.
DCM was involved in the urban design and landscape design for the development, preparing the drawings required to support the consenting process. Our work included concept plans and rendered illustrations, followed by detailed landscape design drawings for engineering approval and construction.
DCM remained involved through the establishment period, helping carry the landscape design from the early concept and consent stages through to implementation on site.
