We worked with the developer on Stage 1 of the Waimeha Neighbourhood which includes a gateway village (mixed use), medium density residential terrace houses and traditional standalone sites. We also worked closely with an Architect to develop some affordable housing types. Three architects were involved in this stage including: Andew Sexton Architects; First Light; and Makers of Architecture.
