DCM prepared a comprehensive master plan for the Devcorp Flemington development. Our work included an urban design assessment and resource consent application for a small 40 lot subdivision with associated dwellings, roading, reserve areas and landscaping.

Our visual package featured an overall masterplan of the development, several rendered perspectives, and a series of drawings detailing the average dwelling’s exterior look and feel.
