Gibbston Valley is a world-famous winery, boasting incredible views and located just outside of Queenstown. The new Gibbston Valley Resort takes the experience to a new level, offering a slice of life to prospective buyers with various land or land and home packages. DCM Urban has been responsible for the landscape architecture of the development, crafting the rugged landscape of the Central Otago site into a luxury vista fit for resort status. 

In this ongoing project, DCM has prepared a comprehensive masterplan for the Gibbston Valley region. Our visual package covering the extensive site features a range of plans, hand drawings and rendered illustrations, exploring all aspects of this exciting new development outside of Queenstown.
