DCM prepared a comprehensive master plan for a multi-unit residential development in central Christchurch. Our visual package included a detailed master plan of the site, elevated perspectives and several rendered illustrations throughout the development. A central communal garden space was incorporated into the design providing a much needed retreat from city life.
