DCM developed a masterplan for the Mount Iron Resort in Wanaka. Our visual package included an overall plan of the resort, planting schemes and building typologies as well as several rendered illustrations depicting different aspects of the facilities. Such areas included; public garden spaces, public play areas, spa and pool facilities, event spaces, private outdoor gardens and a large open entrance at the front of the main building.
