Working closely with the local group Greater New Brighton and the wider community for consultation, DCM developed a concept for the New Brighton Mall Redevelopment project. Our package included plans, rendered illustrations and a 3D video flythrough animation. Our concept design features a large central green, spaces for market stalls, cafes and restaurants, a stage/ performance area and a fresh lick of paint for the surrounding area.
