DCM was involved in the urban design assessment and hearing process of this project. Providing expert advice and support through out the planning process, producing strong renders and plans to support the evidence that was presented at the hearing. Our visual package supporting the Prebbleton plan change included an overall masterplan of the site as well as a series of highly detailed rendered images capturing all aspects of the potential development.
