In an ongoing Hanmer Springs development project, DCM has been managing the landscape concept and detailed design plans for Resource Consent and Landscape Approval. This has included a set of detailed drawings, outlining the subdivision plan, a concept and detailed plan for the playground within the development, and the required tender documents within the establishment period.

DCM will continue to be involved during the construction phase and will provide drawings, illustrations and supporting Urban Design assessments for the future development.
