DCM created a Landscape and urban design plan for a 58 unit development in Auckland. This included a design development package, presentation to the Design Review Panel and preparation of documents for the lodging of Resource Consent.

The visual package included a series of detailed plans, outlining the specifics on each unit within the site and a series of concept plans/ perspectives illustrating the landscape designs.
